Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 3 large pasture-raised eggs
Directions
Mix ingredients into a ball. Flatten into a circle on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
